Gwangju City Signs Investment Agreements Worth 248.6 Billion KRW with 21 Companies
- Covering the automotive, artificial intelligence, energy, and medical industries; expected to create approximately 760 jobs.

Gwangju Metropolitan City (Mayor Ki-jung Kang) signed investment agreements(MOUs) with 21 companies in the automotive, artificial intelligence (AI), energy, and medical industries on June 20th in the City Hall. Gwangju City expects these agreements to result in an investment of 248.6 billion KRW and the creation of approximately 760 jobs.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mayor Ki-jung Kang, Commissioner Seog-ki Sun of the Gwangju Free Economic Zone Authority, and representatives of the investing companies.

• A2G System Co., Ltd. (Cheongju, Chungbuk Province)
• Ghost pass Co., Ltd. (Gwangju)
• I-MEDI TECH Co., Ltd. (Gwangju)
• Pinte Korea Co., Ltd. (Jangseong, Jeonnam Province)
• Daeil tec Co., Ltd. (Eumseong, Chungbuk Province)

Investment Details:
• DH Autoware : A KOSDAQ-listed company supplying electronic components such as audio and video parts to various automotive companies. They plan to build a smart factory in Gwangju to produce automotive parts.
• DN : An automotive parts company with unique technology in interior materials. They will establish a production plant for sound-absorbing materials optimized for lightweight vehicles in Gwangju.
• YSP : Specializes in manufacturing automotive parts and CKD export packaging. They plan to remodel their Gwangju plant to produce battery cell modules for automotive parts.
• Suryeong Industry : Develops and produces high-quality automotive parts like cable ties and connectors, planning facility investments in the Bitgreen National Industrial Complex.
• Korea IMC : Produces automotive switches with extensive experience and precision technology, planning to build a second plant in Gwangju for high-quality electronic products.
• SC Tech : Manufactures automotive body parts, planning a new factory for developing and mass-producing new items.
• JK Best : Specializes in secondary battery equipment, planning to expand its plant for mass production of secondary battery equipment and vacuum pump parts.
• A2G System : An SI/ICT/AI company developing public service and mobile service solutions, planning to establish a corporate research institute in Gwangju.
• Ghost pass : An innovative remote biometric authentication solutions company, planning to expand its business and strengthen technology development in the AI convergence district.
• I-MEDI TECH : Specializes in nanofiber artificial blood vessels and wound dressings, planning to develop and produce medical products using advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Pinte Korea : The only domestic company producing medical biodegradable composite materials, planning facility investments to produce absorbable medical devices and composite medical products.
• Daeil tec : Produces 3D concrete hole blocks with unique technology, planning to establish an R&D base at GIST for AI-based product research.
• Green core : A promising energy company developing products like electric vehicle chargers and energy storage systems, planning to establish a research center and plant in the Energy Valley General Industrial Complex.
• KS Lab : Develops industrial robots and autonomous driving software, planning to invest in a research center in the AI convergence district.
• Gwanghyeon ENP : A battery manufacturer with excellent quality, planning to build an electric vehicle battery plant in the Energy Valley General Industrial Complex.
